Sauces and Dressing Recipes
Classic Maple Dressing
Makes 1 cup
1/3 cup cider or balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. Maple syrup
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
Whisk together vinegar, syrup, mustard, garlic, and pepper. Gradually
whisk in oil. Drizzle this dressing over your salad, then toss and serve.
Refrigerate any leftover, but make lots ‘cause it’s good!
