Elderly Woman needs Help Placing Her Companion Animals
75 year old woman outside Lewes, Delaware who has been "rescuing" cats for
years, her health is failing. To compound the problem, she is out of funds to
feed her cats. She supports these cats with her social security checks! My
colleague Bob Harrison is trying to help with close to 70 cats. Most of the
"boutique" cats Siamese,
Himalayans, have been transferred to rescue groups. But there are still many
many many wonderful tame cats! If everyone out there could take one or two or three--we can start getting her numbers down. There is also a 14 year old
deaf beagle who is a sweetie pie. Time is of the essence. We need food,
donations for medicine and mostly great homes!
If you can help in any way, please email Bob Harrison, 302/226-9492, [email protected] or Denise Arnot [email protected]. Please spread the word! We need all the help we can get.
