full-service, open admission shelter or humane association work
experience to assess various allegations of animal shelter abuse
reported to PETA and to intervene as necessary. This person will be
responsible for working with government officials to ameliorate
conditions and implement proper policies and procedures for shelters.
This person will also represent PETA to the media. Candidate must have
proven strong writing, research, and organizational skills as well as
the ability to make independent decisions in crisis situations needing
authority intervention. Candidate must also be able to handle cruelty
complaints in a professional and confidential manner. A degree in a
