1 Cup Water
\n1\/2 Cup Carob Powder (dark or medium roasted)
\n2\/3 Cup Dates (pitted)
\n1\/2 Cup Peanut Butter (natural, smooth)
\n1 tsp. Vanilla<\/p>\n
Preparation:<\/h3>\n
Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender, and blend at high speed until the peanut butter carob fudge is smooth.\u00a0 To thicken the fudge, add a little more carob powder and run the blender at high speed until all the additional carob powder has been blended into the fudge dip.<\/p>\n
Serve with fruit, such as apple slices, oranges sections, or banana pieces (you will need a fork for dipping the banana pieces).<\/p>\n
