This is a further conformation of God\u2019s promise at the end of the previous verse to never destroy the earth again as He did with the Flood, because it didn\u2019t wipe out the sin on the earth, because the intent of man’s heart is evil from his youth.<\/p>\n

The only way to knock out sin in the world is to change the hearts of the people, all the people so that they would become the peacemaking children of God that He called us to be.<\/p>\n
