MN: Man charged in apparent hunting accident that killed former police chief

A 54-year-old northern Minnesota man has been charged in connection with an apparent hunting accident that killed a former police chief earlier this month.

Morris Silas Dodd Jr. of Ogema faces one count of second-degree manslaughter and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
