Brown Gravy

2 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 cups water
1 tbsp low-sodium tamari
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp dried marjoram
� tsp tumeric
1 tsp parsley flakes

Brown flour slowly in non-stick pan.
Stir in water slowly.
Add other items, simmer 15 minutes, stirring.
