No-Tahini Hummus
Makes 2 Cups
1 can chick peas, rinsed
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Zest of 1 lemon
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp veggie stock or water
1 tsp BRAGGs or low-sodium tamariProcess until smooth, serve on pita, matzo, or veggies.
