No-Fuss Raw Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil (optional)
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper, to taste (optional)

Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.  Let flavors mingle for 30 minutes. Mix with your favorite pasta!
