Watermelon Juice

1 medium to large organic watermelon

Wash the melon and dry it. Cut the entire melon, rind and all into small chunks, or as much as you think you will drink in one day. Blend the melon in a blender until it liquefies. You may need to use a celery stick or plunger to push the melon down onto the blender blades while it is blending to make it easier to liquefy. Only blend until the melon is liquid and not longer to prevent further oxidation.

Pour the liquid into The Amazing Nut Milk Bag which has been placed over a wide mouth measuring cup or bowl. Close the drawstring and squeeze the bag until all of the liquid is out. Discard the pulp and store the juice in 16 oz. glass jars in your refrigerator.

The juice will keep for 2 days in your refrigerator, but one day is better.
