Famous NY Restaurateur Plans Vegan for at Least 15 of His Restaurants and Bars

Every day, more people realize that eating animals is bad for humans, the animals and the planet. And this is the case for Ravi DeRossi, the restaurateur behind Avant Garden, and Death and Co.

DeRossi plans to make as many of his 15 bars and restaurants animal-free as possible and he is showing it by starting with tiki bar Mother of Pearl, which will be vegan by February 14.
