The main reason that we switched to a vegan diet, which we're happy to hear that you are on the way to, was to do everything we could to end the pain and suffering inflicted upon animals, particularly those destined for human consumption.
We have some raw recipes on our web site such as our salads, fruit, fruit smoothies, and green smoothies. We eat a mixture of cooked and raw, and we have found that it gives us a wider variety of nutrients, and is much easier to buy and prepare.
