Emails and Letters:

We reserve the right to publish the content of all emails and letters submitted to our Foundation, to www.all-creatures.org, or through one of our mailing lists, unless we are specifically instructed to do otherwise, at the time of submission.

We reserve the right to do minor editing of all submissions for spelling, grammar, and for omitted or duplicated words without contacting the author.

Published materials will contain the name of the person with no contact information, unless we are requested to do otherwise.

Requests to remove published items are at the discretion of our Foundation.  We will, however, remove any last name and contact information, if requested to do so.

Mailing Lists:

Our mailing lists are "closed", and contain only the names and/or email addresses of people who have requested to be on the lists.

Our lists are reserved for the decimation of information from our Foundation or from one of our hosted organization, or for the free discussion of "on-subject" items on our discussion lists.

Every email sent through one of our email lists contains instructions for being removed from the list, or send a email to [email protected] stating the list you want to be removed from and it will be removed within 24 hours.
