An active member of the Catholic Study Circle for Animal Welfare was
fighting for her life this week after being attacked by a bull in Spain.
Vicki Moore (pictured), 39, from Southport, was gored by a bull
several times at a fiesta in Coria. She was believed to be filming the
crowd throwing spikes at the animal for a TV documentary.
May Bocking, secretary to the Catholic Study Circle for Animal
Welfare, said: "We must pray for her recovery. She is absolutely
dedicated to her work."
Mrs Moore, who is an Anglican, launched Fight Against Animal Cruelty
in Europe (FAACE).
