"Joyful Curmudgeon" An oxymoron?
No! I see all the beauty of God's creation and I'm joyful. At the same
time, I see all the suffering and corruption going on in the world, and feel
called to help expose and end it so that we may have true peace and compassion.
Today is one of those snowy/sleety/rainy days, so we had stay-at-home kitchen fun.
After making our usual large tossed salad early in the morning, I helped
my hubby with our “Pasta Primavera with Fusilli, Asparagus, Broccoli,
Carrots, Olives, Onions, Zucchini, and Lemon Sauce.” (For the complete
recipe instructions with photos, visit:

We made enough of this yummy pasta recipe to last, refrigerated, for a couple of days; all that I’ll have to do is make the tossed salad to go with the pasta dish warmed in the microwave oven.
