The Gifts of the Giver
Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
The gifts of the Giver are numerous.
Inspiring, wondrous and loving.
Caring always to uplift the very soul.
God spreads his light to the emptiness.
The light permeates through eternal ages.
The Logos resonates with our very being.
The gifts are numerous freeing the outcasts.
God revealed in Christ and angelic sages.
The light purifying and setting our hearts on fire,
Illuminating our mind and healing our bodies,
Encompassing us, drawing us ever closer.
Becoming part of God’s ever expanding empire.
We also can share the gifts of the Giver.
Unadorned and with humility the Spirit fuses our soul.
We go forth and stretch out our hand.
God will always deliver.
