Preparation

Cranberry Bean Chili Soup is a deliciously spicy vegan recipe that we make in our pressure cooker. This recipe will make about eight cups of soup. Preparation time is about 10 to 15 minutes, and cooking and simmering time is another 2 hours.

Wash and clean the beans and place them in the container of pressure cooker. Add the water and seasonings.

Clean and peel the onions and dice them and add to the pressure cooker pot, add the tomato paste and mix well.

Close the pressure cooker and lock the lid. Set the pressure cooker 40 minutes, and allow it to cool down naturally, keeping the contents warm for a total of 2 hours.

Serve and Enjoy.

Vegan FlagThe above recipe is in keeping with God's creation intent (Genesis 1:29-31): 'Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground-- everything that has the breath of life in it-- I give every green plant for food." And it was so. God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.' (NIV) Let no animal suffer or die that we may live!
