Preparation
We prepare our air-popped popcorn in either a hot air popping machine, or in a dry-popping container in our microwave oven. Do not put the hot sauce in an air-popping machine.
Follow the popping machine manufacturer's instructions for quantity and popping instructions.
If using a microwave popping container for popping the popcorn, fill with popcorn seeds to the fill line. Add one teaspoon of hot sauce, more or less as you desire, to the popcorn, as shown in the photo. mix with a spoon, and pop on "high" until the popcorn has finished popping. Do not over heat, as it can burn the popcorn. (To enlarge the photo of the popcorn and hot sauce, click on the photo or link)
If using an air-popping machine, we suggest spraying a little hot sauce on the already popped corn with a vegetable oil spray bottle, such as the ones sold by California Olive Oil Company, mixing occasionally during the process.
Enjoy!

The above recipe is in keeping with God's creation intent (Genesis 1:29-31): 'Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground-- everything that has the breath of life in it-- I give every green plant for food." And it was so. God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.' (NIV) Let no animal suffer or die that we may live! (d-33)
