Please LEVY a MAXIMUM FINE against University of California, Davis, for their blatant disregard of the Animal Welfare Act (AWA) when their negligence killed a rabbit and a guinea pig. Their behavior must NOT be tolerated and MUST be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

An animal rights group filed a complaint against UC Davis after a guinea pig and a rabbit died at the university's research labs.

According to SFgate Stop animal exploitation NOW says officials were negligent during the test and called to an end for research involving lab animals. The university says all research is done safe and conscientiously.
