Dear Bernie,

Thank you so very much for your online book. What a comforting site to find! I lost my wonderful 16+ year spaniel companion named Tooly just yesterday. She had been healthy and played like a 5 yr. old the evening before she suffered a stroke in the wee hours of the morning. Not able to stand or function we decided, at our Vet's, on euthanasia. I held her and it was peaceful. My son and I have been grieving since and this evening I found your wonderful site, which I will continue to read and find solace in. God bless you.

Dear Char.

It is so wonderful to get e-mails like yours, and to know, that you now know that Tooly has only gone on a short holiday. Both You and She will be together again soon in new immortal bodies, never to die again.

Get another Tooly from a lost dog's home - of course, your new dog will not take the place of Tooly - but neither would you want her/him to; think of the fun they will have together reminiscing about the sojourns they had down here with you all.

You may like to send an e-mail of thanks to Mary and Frank Hoffman on; http://www.all-creatures.org who host my site - I could not do it on my own.

In Jesus' name
Bernie.
