NEW YORK, NY December 13, 2004 Animal Defenders of Westchester is pleased to announce a new cable tv show entitled PET PEEVES, which will cover a variety of animal protection issues. On our upcoming premiere show, actress/comedian Amy Sedaris, recently seen on “Sex and the City” and Comedy Central, discusses her distain for real fur clothing, since becoming a rabbit guardian. Amy will soon be featured in Peta’s ‘What becomes a legend least’ campaign.

Also on the show is CARING ACTIVISTS AGAINST FUR, with guest bunny Juliet, as well as horrifically graphic trapping, fur farm, and anal/genital electrocution coverage. The show will be airing shortly in New York City, Westchester and parts of New Jersey. In lower Westchester it will appear on Channel 18 on Jan. 7, 2005, from 5 - 5:30 pm. Each segment runs for six weeks.

Kiley Blackman, the show’s producer said, “Our show is going to be like no other on tv for the animals; great conversation, interesting guests, controversial issues and video that’s not been seen on any tv stations in this area.“
