Tell your representative to end cosmetics testing on animals
Action Alert from

New England Anti-Vivisection Society (NEAVS)
July 2014

Please join us in asking representatives to co-sponsor the Humane Cosmetics Act (H.R. 4148) and support an end to cosmetics animal testing in the U.S.

Not only does it inhumanely harm and kill millions of rabbits, mice, rats, guinea pigs, and other animals, but it is unscientific and not predictive of human response.

As summer winds down, so too does the current session of Congress. Have you contacted your U.S. representative yet and asked them to co-sponsor the Humane Cosmetics Act (H.R. 4148), introduced by Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA)? The landmark bill will protect millions of animals from use in painful and unnecessary cosmetic testing.

Wednesday, July 31 is the last day the House is in session before summer recess. Please show your support today.

Thank you for everything you do for animals!
