All those dam idiots are the one's who should be punish. Authorities should be involved in this cruelty of torture send all those idiots to jail and hopefully they get the same treatment that they were giving to all those poor animals. People we need to Vote so that those idiots get what they deserved (same treatment that they are giving to all those poor  animals).

The government allows these atrocities to exist because it's the will of the people, and unless the people do as you say and vote to change the laws and the policies, the kinds of evils will continue.
