It's not revenge these poor animals seek, its compassion

Hi All!
As we drove towards the entrance of Mold animal market this
afternoon I watched a truck with animals arrive at the entrance. The
truck driver hesitated before sweeping through but just before he did
I caught a glimpse of a very young calf peeping through an opening. I
only saw his face and the look of bewilderment was clear to see as he
looked quickly right then left and then right again.
I put my hands up to eyes to avoid seeing his face any longer but
it was too late I'd already seen that frightened face and now I am
going to recall his youthful beauty and bewilderment for as long as I
live.
I angrily cursed people who eat meat and dairy and those willing to
work in such a dirty industry saturated with the blood of innocent
animals. All people who are too selfish to change deserve to age
horribly and to stagger about the supermarket and town shops with
their sagging bodies crippled with arthritis and their flesh hanging
like rotten lumps of decaying meat. It's not revenge these poor
animals seek, its compassion. But revenge is theirs when the monsters
eating their flesh succumb to the poison eating them from the inside
out.

the photo above, she is on the right of me as we opposed ritual
slaughter outside of a quiterecent Welsh abattoir.
