As much as possible (most) will be harvested fresh from the "EARTH SKY TIME COMMUNITY FARM" which is a local organic farm operated by the family of the Wilburton Inn.

You are invited to join us for an Early Dinner at the elegant Victorian-style
Wilburton Inn. Enjoy a gourmet completely vegan buffet prepared with
fresh-harvested organic produce from the on-site vegetable gardens, while
surrounded by breathtaking scenery of Vermont's majestic Green Mountains.
We will dine at the stately mansion, set in a spectacular 20-acre Grand Estate.
Come early to stroll Wilburton's manicured lawns, and view the outdoor artworks.

Seating will be limited to the first 50 people. A more detailed menu will follow as we get closer to the date.

Get off at Exit 3, and head for Historic Route 7A, through Arlington.
Drive 11 miles on 7A, just past Hildene and the cemetery to the corner of River Road, turn right on River Road. Wilburton is 9/10ths of a mile on the left side of River Road. ]
