Berkshire Voters for Animals

The next meeting for Berkshire Voters for Animals will be on Thursday, June 12th at 5:30pm at the Berkshire Humane Society.

I am waiting to hear back from Petco about getting permission to have a table outside their store to educate and get more support from folks about the current legislation issues.

Thank you to all of you who have contacted your legislators, enrolled others to do so and have written letters to the editor.

I did contact the senate chair of the Joint Committee on the Judiciary, William Brownsberger 's office to see if I could find out anymore info. At this point, it is still pending in committee, however, Brownsberger is in support of the bill.

It might be a good idea at this point for contact all the members of that committee. You can find their contact info on the https://malegislature.gov site.
