Hi Jackie:

We’re an online compassionate vegan church ministry, with weekly sermons, and a huge archive of other items and materials.

We’re not sure where you got your information, but nowhere in the Bible does it mention that Jesus ate any flesh during His incarnate life upon this earth. There is only one verse in the Bible that suggests that He may have eaten a piece of broiled fish after His resurrection.

However, if we look at His teachings, it is clear that He wants us to live in the heavenly will of God, where there is no pain or death. Jesus also instructs us to bring this heavenly will to earth as it is in heaven, which we could not do if we participate in any way in the killing or eating of any land or sea animals.

We hope this helps.

In the Love of the Lord,

Frank and Mary
