Animals as Food
Comments by Frank and Mary Hoffman - 22 Jan 2006
Dear Nancy Louise:
From a Christian point of view, there isn't a real dividing line between health and ethics.
Since 95% of all animal projects come from factory farms where animals are treated in the most deplorable way, we run the risk of contaminating the health of our soul and spirit, by hardening our hearts when we condone or even worse support the mistreatment of animals. This contaminates our spiritual health.
From everything we've learned, an unprocessed, whole food, plant based diet is the best for our physical health, so, it all comes together.
In the Love of the Lord,
Frank and Mary
