Animals as Food
Comments by Frank and Mary Hoffman - 28 Mar 2006
Dear Emily:
Thank you for your writing and telling us about your dairy farm. It does seem better than the vast majority.
The problem is that over 95% of all animal products sold in the markets come from intensive farming operations where there is no compassion, and this is what we're depicting. We have also seen horrendous cruelty on small farms, too. As a retired UMC pastor, I can tell you that none of this is as God intended, and is an abomination before God.
Where is your farm? We'd be interested in seeing it.
In the Love of the Lord,
Frank and Mary
