Dear William:

We agree with you about the problem of having a debate/discussion turn into an argument, because neither side of this issue can be absolutely proved, and both require some degree of faith.

The issue really comes down to the beginning of everything, and where that matter/energy came from. To say that it always was, is a faith issue for the evolutionists, but to say that God created this matter/energy out of nothing is a way of explaining the origin, even though it is still a matter of faith.

So, to answer your concern, we would suggest that you continue to "hang in there" and see beyond the occasional personal "heated" comments to the basic discussion issues.
