Transporting Unpasteurized Milk...Really?

It's bad enough that raw and unpasteurized bacteria-laden milk is being sold within state lines in various states.

Now, the Representative wishes to ship raw milk long distances. Raw/unpasteurized milk bacterial counts double ever 20 minutes at room temperature, and every 24 hours while refrigerated at 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To increase the distance milk is trucked is the act of an imbecile who should be held responsible for each child who suffers in the future. Today's imbecile is also a pediatrician. Oy!

I am horrified that ignorant parents may soon poison naive toddlers, just as hundreds of kids have become ill and required hospitalization in the past after
consuming raw milk.

Got Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)?

HR 1830 has been referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, and as of this writing, has zero co-sponsors (thank goodness).
