Got Anemia? 

So many people take Geritol-like supplements to add much needed nutrients to their iron-depleted bodies. Then, in mass moments of ignorance, they drink milk and eat yogurt and cheese which accelerates iron loss.

Are you anemic? Doctors often prescribe iron pills for patients having anemia. What ignorant numbskulls they are. Instead, they should focus upon why patients lose blood and test positive for dangerously low hemoglobin counts.

"Cow's milk can cause blood loss from the intestinal tract, which over time, reduces the body's iron stores. Blood loss may be a reaction to cow's milk proteins."
