Most people seem to think that to be healthy or stay healthy we have to see a doctor or take some pills, but that really isnít true.
True health begins when we have an inner peace that comes from our loving and compassionate soft heart and soul.
From the very beginning of our lives the world around us tries to harden our hearts beginning with what is put on our plates with the words, ďEat your meat.Ē
And, we are never told about the horrible suffering of the animals from where our meat, milk, and eggs come.
Over time our hearts become hardened to what happens to the animals. We lose our empathy for them, even when we suspect that they suffered, because no one else seems to care we do nothing, and soon, and as we get older, we also begin to suffer, and most often we donít even realize why.
How do I know this? Because I was there at one time in my life, and I know that millions of other people are still suffering as my wife, and I were.
It wasnít until my emotions were shocked back into the reality of the suffering of animals that my inner being began to be at peace and my unconditional empathy, love, and compassion returned.
It was also around that same time that I realized that Godís original diet (Genesis 1:29) was the key to good health and preventive medicine.

It was over 25 years ago that we came to this realization, and stopped eating any animal products, for reasons of compassion, and to our great surprise and gratitude, within three weeks our heath dramatically improved: our arthritis pains left, we no longer had our lingering coughs and colds, our energy improved, and our whole body felt lighter.
Since that day we havenít seen a doctor, except for check-ups, we take no medications, and weíre in excellent health in our 70ís.
