" I am currently on my way to finishing your book, "Homo Sapiens! SAVE
YOUR EARTH", which I started two days ago. I obtained my copy six months ago
in New York City from a local Freegan group when I attended one of their
meetings... Unfortunately when I started school in September, it dominated
much, much more of my time than I had anticipated... unfortunately, I had to
put off reading your book, until now.
"It is very hard for me to put into words what I want to say to you, or
how to start this letter, while also expressing the utmost of sincerity and
passion. I guess to start off, I must say I know my life has been changed
from the course I thought it was headed just two days ago. After what I have
been reading in your book, I know I cannot dedicate my life to anything but
the preservation of planet Earth and all of its wondrous inhabitants... I
know now this is unquestionably the most important thing we have ever faced
and I am ready to dedicate my life to this crusade for I do not feel I could
do anything but that now. My heart is pounding as I write this to you. I see
the importance of every day like never before. And I see the importance of
something needing to be done everyday. I cannot stand looking at my friends,
family, and everyone around me, knowing they are clueless to what is in
store for us. My eyes swell up as I think about animals in places of the
world I have never seen, dying off this very minute.
