MISSION STATEMENT: Through unconditional love and compassion we can change the world. We are dedicated to cruelty-free living through a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle according to Judeo-Christian ethics. Unconditional love and compassion is the foundation of our peaceful means of accomplishing this goal for all of God's creatures, whether human or otherwise.

Ahimsa

Ahimsa is a Sanskrit word that basically means "Non violence in thought, word or action".  However, it is much more.  Because it is the positive counter force to himsa (violence), it is dynamic proactive compassion towards all life.   Since this precept can be found in the origins of  faiths throughout the world, it transcends all religions.  For human beings, ahimsa is the first manifestation of an evolved  conscience. The Ahimsa Homepage demonstrates the origins, aspects, implications, applications, and universality of this precept.
