This is a story of what happened during during the Pope's last visit to the United States.

Turns out that once the Pope had landed in the US, he was somewhat upset that he always had to sit in the back of the limousines. So he asked the chauffeur if he could drive for a change. The chauffeur was a little worried, but he said, "OK Pope, if you want to drive, you can drive."

Well the Pope was having a great time. He was swerving all over.

A police officer saw the limo and went after it. He pulled it over and walked up to the window. As soon as he saw the driver, he went back to his car and called into headquarters.

He told the chief that he had a real problem. That he had pulled over someone real important. The chief asked, "Is it the mayor?" "No!" replied the officer, "...it is someone bigger than that." The chief asked, "Is it the governor?" "No!" replied the officer, "...it is someone bigger than that." "Well", said the chief, "...is it the President?" "No Sir, it is someone bigger than that", replied the officer. "Well then, who is it?", asked the chief. The officer replied, "I don't know, but he has the Pope for a chauffeur."
