Thank you for presenting such good information about all-God's made natural foods. I've been vegan for years but my recipe have been so monotonous that I am cooking almost same recipe day and out which is not a healthy. But now, I've found variety of healthy recipes from your web site, so I can have more balanced meals.

Many other vegetarian web site's recipes are hard to prepare and I felt they have different aspect to being vegan. I am currently a member of vegi-ok ( protecting against animal-cruelty in Oklahoma) and we all hope that more people become aware of Animal-right and protect them as they are also member of this earth as we.
