Letter from Glen Hudson about Prostate Cancer and Diet - 6 Apr 2008
Specific lists of foods found or believed to be the MOST beneficial for reducing prostate cancer and for overall optimal health would be helpful -- that's what I'm looking for and how I came to your site on Google. Generalities are helpful, but the seeking public, such as myself, need access to specifics. I read in various places of some foods that are thought to be especially beneficial, and I focus on those -- particularly organic fruits and vegetables such as pomegranate juice, asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower, freshly made vegetable and fruit juices, sweet potatoes, etc.
Thank you for the information on research findings. I do hope to find more specific guidance about the BEST FOODS to consume. Thank you.
Glen Hudson

Dear Glen:
Thank you for writing.
We have never considered placing a list of foods to eat, since prevention is much more closely related to 'foods' we shouldn't eat -- animal flesh and bodily secretions.
A vegan diet of unprocessed foods with lots of fresh veggies is the best way to eat.
In the Love of the Lord,
Frank and Mary
