Thank you for helping to give birth to our marriage,
and for your continual nurture.

Thank you for giving birth to our daughter,
and for helping her to continue to grow.

Thank you for allowing God's love and compassion
to be born in you.

Thank you for giving birth to your sensitivities
for all of God's creation.

Thank you for trying to help others give birth
to these same sensitivities.

And, last, but far from least,
thank you for being my best friend.

I love you very much!
