Peppermint Tea
2 tbsp. Peppermint, loose dried leaves.
1 Tea Ball Clam Shell of Peppermint compact dried leaves
Stevia Extract Powder OR favorite sweetener, to taste.

Peppermint tea is an enjoyable beverage for after a meal or for any time of the day. This recipe will make 2 cups. Peppermint tea has been enjoyed by people for hundreds of years for its wonderful flavor.

Place the peppermint leaves in 2 cups of boiling hot water and let steep for 5-10 minutes.

Remove the tea ball and pour the peppermint tea into individual serving cups, or if using loose leaves, pour the tea through a tea strainer into individual serving cups.

Add stevia extract or favorite sweetener to taste.
