The Monks and the Rats

I read once about a community of Tibetan monks who lived in a monastery in Nepal. One day their monastery became infested with rats, and as Buddha taught "Harm no one, be kind all creatures" the entire community of monks, rather than exterminate the rats, move out of their home.
