Dedicated to the Preservation and Restoration of the Whole of Creation
"And God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good.
And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day" (Genesis 1:31)
Forsythia - An Uncommon View -
There is a sense of awe and wonder in the whole of God's creation. How we are
affected by what we see depends upon our perspective, as this uncommon view of
the common forsythia illustrates. As an aircraft pilot, I get to see the broader
picture. As a photographer, I get to see more of the details. We can see all the
flowers of the forsythia if we stand back, or we can see the glory of a single
flower as we look closer. This combined perspective helps me come closer to
understanding the love of God that went into the creation process. Thus, to love
God is to love the works of the Creator and protect them all: people, animals,
and the environment.

Presented here are just a few of the countless components of God's creation. Just as we
cannot have human and animal life without water and plants, neither can we have
lasting peace without love and compassion. It is our hope and prayer that
this series will motivate people to live and act in a cruelty-free manner; that
we would no longer hurt or destroy each other, the animals or our environment.
