ALL CREATURES

Do go to

HEAVEN

A book by B. J. Coombs

CHAPTER 6

The Kingdom of God

 The Kingdom of Heaven

The Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven are different Kingdoms. Many books have been written on this subject, so it will suffice here to be brief. The Kingdom of God is both past, present and future as far as humans are concerned the Kingdom of Heaven is future only as far as we are concerned.

We briefly considered the Kingdom of Heaven under the heading of the "Dispensation of the Fulness of Times". But! As many people believe the Kingdom of Heaven is in operation now (only as far as we are concerned), or starts with the second coming of our Lord, we will deal more fully with this subject in part 2 which deals with now, the immediate future, the several resurrections and the millennium (or thousand years of peace when the Devil is chained).

On to Eternity

For us mortals, envisioning eternity or even the Kingdom of Heaven, greatly relies upon our spiritual discernment and ability to understand to some degree the immensity of just this particular physical/atomic universe in which we presently live. We have touched on some verses, the context of which will go on into eternity; but with our finite minds we cannot really understand (only contemplate) what our Lord has accomplished in the last two thousand years with the innumerable hosts of Heaven to help Him.

These Creations who presently inhabit Heaven, are great, and glorious, and powerful.

Exodus 34:30 "And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come nigh him.And till Moses had done speaking with them, he put a vail on his face."

This was after Moses had only glanced at the back of a great Heavenly being.

Daniel 10:5 "Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz:

6 His body also was like beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and feet like in colour to polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.

7 And I Daniel alone saw the vision: for the men that were with me saw not the vision; but a great quaking fell on them, so that they fled to hide themselves.

8 Therefore I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me; for my comliness was turned into corruption, and I retained no strength.

9 Yet heard I the voice of his words:then was I in a deep sleep on my face, toward the ground."

Revelation 1:13"and one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many watersand his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.

16 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead."

Verily! These heavenly creatures are glorious and powerful, but even they are not like our Lord.

Daniel 7:9 "His throne was a blaze of flames,A fiery stream issued and came forth before Him: thousand thousands ministered unto Him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him."

We have seen earlier that the Kingdom of Heaven starts with the "Great White Throne Judgement" (this is studied in greater depth in part 2) and continues right on through the "Dispensation of the Fulness of Times" Until!

The Event which ushers in Eternity

1 Corinthians 15:24 "After that comes the end (the completion), when He (Christ) delivers over the Kingdom to God the Father after rendering inoperative and abolishing every [other] rule and every [other] authority and power.

25 For [Christ] must be King and reign until He has put all [His] enemies under His feet. [psalm 110:1.]

26 The last enemy to be subdued and abolished is death.

27 For He [the Father] has put all things in subjection under His [Christs] feet. But when it says, All things are put in subjection [under Him], it is evident that He [Himself God] is excepted Who does the subjecting of all things to Him [Christ]. [Psalm 8:6.]

28 However, when everything is subjected to Him [Christ], then the Son Himself will also subject Himself to [the Father] Who put all things under Him [Christ], so that God may be all in all that is, be everything to everyone, supreme, the indwelling and controlling factor of life." (Amplified Bible).

At the close of the "dispensation of the fulness of times" King Jesus is absolute Monarch of all creations and creatures that ever existed or will be created in the future. All creatures have their own place in Heaven every creature in their own order.

1 Corinthians 15:22 "For as in Adam ALL die, even so in Christ ALL will be made alive.

The word ALL here, is once again our old friend PAS only this time in the plural πάντες ALL ALL, and still meaning all things, all manner of, everything, anything whatsoever, every, every kind or variety.

23 But EACH one in his/her (the/its) own turn/order: (New International Version of the Greek-English New Testament.)

JESUS SUBMITS HIMSELF TO GOD

1 Corinthians 15:28 "then the Son Himself will also subject Himself to [the Father] that God may be all in all."

John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us."

When God the Father culminates His first creative work by welcoming His beloved Son Jesus Our King and our Lord back into the Godhead, Jesus hands over the reins of government (under the Godhead) to His faithful Bride the Saints, the chosen ones the only ones who will be able to communicate with the Godhead in all its fulness (the Bride is chosen faithful ones from Adam through to the second coming; this is also studied in part two).

At this time when God gives Jesus back His Godship, God looks again at His present handywork and pronounces it not just "very good" but now PERFECT: It is the creation that He originally set out to create. All living things which had ever been alive anywhere and been marred by sin have now been restored to their originally intended perfection.

SO! This part 1 of this dissertation enters eternity with every creature (that has ever been conceived, born, or created by God) renewed and living wondrously happy lives in infinite endless stable universes (both spiritual and physical) with so much to do there can never ever be any boredom (or of course if you just want to sit and chaw for a while on the old verandah of one of your great mansions about the greatness of our God and our King  then you can just sit and chaw); and with the trip to your town house in the City every eternal Sabbath to renew glories with the GODHEAD  what more could any creature possibly imagine that they want  EXCEPT TO BE GOD;

and that is where Lucifer/Satan started this whole inconceivable situation that our world (and the whole of creation) now finds itself in. This is why our God is testing and proving everyone to whom He is going to give vast universal power, so that this inconceivable thing can never happen again.
