THE BRAVE NEW GOVERNMENT OF HAITI SAYS NO TO DOLPHIN
EXPLOITATION:
"Haiti wants to promote eco-tourism. We don't want
tourists to come here and look at animals that are suffering. We already
have so much suffering, we don't want to promote that kind of tourism,"
says Mr. Yves-Andr� Wainright, the secretary of State for the Environment.
