It's time for the "Waste of the Week" award! For over nine years, taxpayer-funded professors at Johns Hopkins University have been conducting bizarre sex experiments on small animals. Hopkins surgically cuts the skin off the penises of live animals while painfully electro-shocking their genitals for up to five minutes.
Their goal? To induce erections in small animals. (You read that correctly). Hopkins then kills the animals and dissects their penises.
