If you’re reading this and you’re not vegan and it sparks some sadness for the victims, what is stopping you from aligning your actions with your values and morals?

I’m mad because two weeks ago I had to make the heart wrenching decision to have a vet help Kincaid transition...pass away...die.

I’m mad that people make the decision multiple times a day to contribute to violently killing animals when they eat dead bodies like Kincaid’s, and like Vega’s, and Sammy’s (RIP), and Little Foot’s (RIP), and Tom Petty’s (RIP).

These guys have giant personalities. Cute little voices and mighty crows. They were full of curiosity, tilting their heads to look up at the sky or to look at me with intention, their pupils moving in and out as they focus. They loved to be blow dried on my lap after a bum wash.

Kincaid in particular would walk over and sit by a photo of Cain, one of our late roosters, and just stare at him a few inches away from the photo, tilting his head while deep in thought.

What people don’t realize is that they’re eating trauma, misery, pain, and torture. Eating animal flesh lowers our vibration. This world needs to RAISE the vibration, especially during these dark times.

Can we really fight hate when there’s violence on our plates?

If you’re reading this and you’re not vegan, and it sparks some sadness for the victims (it should because you’re human), what is stopping you from taking the leap into a compassionate life? What is stopping you from aligning your actions with your values and morals?

Message me if you need help or you have questions. Let’s rise up against violence together.

I love you chickens.
