MOTHER EARTH IN THE HANDS OF MAN
This lyric was written by Jim Robertson circa 1979/'80

I need to feel that place
that the hands of man have not squeezed.
I need to walk that field
that the tracks of man have not trampled.
I need to see that scene
that the acts of man have not changed.
I need to walk that beach
that the hands of man have not rearranged.

And when I feel that place
I tell ya, I wont squeeze it.
When I walk that field
Ill explore, but I wont exploit it.
When I see that scene
Id never think to change it.
And when I walk that beach
I swear, by God, I wont rearrange it.

Mother Earth in the hands of man
squeeze her and shell shed her tears on you.
