Waiting for God to Reconcile Animals?

Don’t wait any longer for the animals to be reconciled to God! Once, God delegated loving and even naming the animals to His son, Adam, but Adam took on a leader who had been cast out of Heaven for treason! Over many thousands of years, that old dragon, the Devil, who filled Adam and Eve’s heart’s with fear and lies, has also deprived and tormented all creatures, because they no longer had access to their Heavenly Influenced Sanctuary or their man who spoke to them with his Heaven-filled soul! Since Christ’s death and resurrection life, all creatures have already been reconciled in the redemption of God through Christ. It’s a done deal. Reconciliation means to become friendly and harmonious. It is finished as far as God is concerned. Devil infested humanity has failed to bear witness to this Divine accomplishment of the Faithful Creator by their dealings.

Many of us have been waiting for a long time for God to do something to reconcile the creatures but He has already done it.  Proof of this is found in Colossians 1:20, “And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.” Establish that thought in your mind once and for all. Romans 5:10b states that if we were reconciled by the death of His Son, “much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.”  The Bible says that the animals have been reconciled (past tense). If they have been reconciled they shall be saved. Settle that forever in your heart and proclaim it every time the Devil tries to cause you to doubt it.

If you and I can be saved by Christ’s life I assure you so can your cat or that elephant calf or that highland silverback. We have a rooster who never eats a treat without expressing his thankfulness to God. If the creatures are reconciled to God: they can hear God and He will listen to them; they can draw near to God and He will draw near to them; they can ask God and He will answer them; they can sing to God in their own way and He will inhabit their praises; they can hope in God and He will fulfill their expectations. All this is an ongoing process which we are witnessing as we open to the mind of the Spirit and to the act upon the written Word and also observe their increase of Christ’s love manifested. Salvation is an ongoing process. The creatures want fulfillment and not to be left wanting. This is much like when Jesus told the disciples to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. On their own they were inadequate but through Christ they could do all things.  Jesus told those disciples, “Tarry in Jerusalem until you be endued with power from on high.” (Luke 24:49b) Psalm 62:11 says, “God has spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongs unto God.”  If the creatures have been reconciled to God, as the Word says, “all things,” they have come to the right one who has power for them. Strong’s Concordance describes this power as a miraculous force. With miracle power all things are possible because God has miracle power. Nearly everything about Jesus Christ’s life was miraculous. I have seen animals touched by the miraculous. They can receive this power just like you and I. This power may be to help a lion overcome his carnivorous desire and assist him to become comfortable with lying down with a lamb or being led by a little child or it may be the power to give a deer the discernment to distinguish between a dangerous hunter and a person who loves God’s creation. Mark 16:20 says, “And they (the apostles) went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them and confirming the word with signs following.”

We have extracted from Acts 2:22 this description of Jesus and the signs and wonders following Him, “Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of god among you by miracles and wonders and signs which God did by him in the midst of you, as you yourselves also know.” At Pentecost we have the experience of thousands recorded in Acts 2:43 which reads, “And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.” Acts 5:12 tells us numerous signs and wonders were done by the apostles: “And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders worked among the people.” Moses had quite a track record for doing signs and wonders as Acts 7:36 indicates: “He brought them out, after that he had showed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years.”

The apostle Paul said, “For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ has not been manifested by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed, through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Sprit round about unto Illyhricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.” (Romans 15:18-19)  Signs and wonders done by Jesus are one of the indicators of real apostles and people really filled with Christ in them. The Christ in you is the same yesterday, today and forever. He can turn your water which represents your life into wine. He can command your Christian friends to unbind you and He can raise you up. He can give you visions and fill you with dreams that have their origin in the Kingdom of Heaven. He can transform you. 2Corinthians 12:11-12 says, “I am become a fool in glorying; ye have compelled me: for I ought to have been commended of you: for in nothing am I behind the very chiefest apostles, though I be nothing. Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs and wonders, and mighty deeds.”

Hebrews 2:3-4 classifies the faith which we should be contending for: “How shall we escape if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them and heard him; God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with diverse miracles and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?” There are a huge number of scriptures which deal with receiving power through the Holy Ghost and signs and wonders. I got filled with the Holy Ghost before I ever knew there was a Holy Spirit waiting to fill me and I never sought for signs and wonders although I never feared them I learned that my prayers were heard by the one who responds to the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ and sought Him, who baptizes in the Holy Ghost alone. Through faith in Him (Jesus Christ), I have experienced a life time, so to speak, of mighty signs and wonders.

Waiting for God to Reconcile Animals?

Let’s talk about Vinnie, my cat, who as saved my life numerous times and been a friend that sticks very close to me. If you haven’t heard me speak of him before, he is an extremely loving cat who was a frightened little kitten rescued from the wild right after his litter mate was captured by a hawk. I decided to follow the advice of Proverbs 29:21 when I brought him home, which says, “He that delicately brings up his servant from a child shall have him become his son at the end.” Vinnie has gone through many transitions from a scardy-cat to someone I love. The whole creation needs to be loved through the manifestation of the sons of God. We will pursue this further in my book. But don’t tell me cat lovers don’t talk to their animals. Our cats all respond as unique individuals understanding more or less what we are speaking to them about and making their individual decisions about how to respond. Vinnie always responds with the love he’s been given. If you don’t believe wild animals will listen to you or will comprehend something of what you are saying from the Holy Scriptures, you don’t believe in signs and wonders and you don’t believe that the power of God will confirm the Word with signs following.

My experience is that signs and wonders often happen in the following metaphorical way. I don’t believe in fairies and I don’t believe in magic but let’s pretend I go for a long walk through the forest. I am weary and thirsty, too hot, hungry, tired of my journey and finished with the brush and briars tearing at my skin, when suddenly I spy a toad, a fairy and a lightning bug all enjoying a birthday party at a table deep in the woods. They assign me a burley woodsman to carry my heavy backpack and give me some special salve that instantaneously repairs the cuts on my skin, feed me a piece of cake and the toad leads us with his hop, hop, hop to a shortcut back to civilization. The lightning bug lights the shortcut by flying from tree to tree. This is a silly story but that’s been the rule with me as to how miracles happen. I think it would be nice to have signs and wonders but often I don’t even have the faith only the hope. Usually, I walk into a situation that suddenly turns from the hellish to a manifestation of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. Frequently I am taken by surprise and ashamedly enough God sends signs and wonders my way when I am on the verge of even losing hope. We have been subjected to hope just as all the creatures have and love never fails. (1Corinthians 13:8) Now I understand why the scripture says, “And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.” (Romans 5:5) Now we know the animals have been reconciled to God, they will be saved and their hopes will be fulfilled by the power and the person of God the Spirit. Power still belongs unto God and signs and wonders still follow the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ. We cannot be co-creators of a new age, or a new earth unless we include the one who makes all things new. (Revelation 21:5)

The word new from the original actually means refreshed. Has someone ever told you a story and asked you if you remember the incident? Have you ever said, “No, please refresh my memory.” There has been a lot of activity on this planet by the Destroyer and the creation needs to be refreshed by remembering all they had to look forward to from mankind was love and care.
