Antibiotics Given to Farmed Animals Absorbed by Vegetables

Dr. McDougall, physician and nutrition expert, share his concern for people who, out of compassion for animals or concern for the environment, adopted a plant-based diet but not a nutritionally balance one. He believes these people "labor tirelessly to protect the welfare of all animals" but "have failed one important animal: themselves, by not taking care of their bodies and becoming overweight. Dr. McDougall shares some great tips to modify an already vegetarian diet into one that is balanced and healthy for our bodies.
