The Controversy about Feeding Chicken Feces to Cattle

A coalition of food and consumer groups that includes Consumers Union and the Center for Science in the Public Interest has asked the Food and Drug Administration to ban the practice of feeding chicken feces and other poultry farm waste to cattle since this practice may increase the risk of cows becoming infected with bovine spongiform encephalopathy, or mad cow disease. The reason is that spilled chicken feed and the feces contain tissue from ruminants -- cows and sheep, among other mammals -- and the disease is transmitted through feeding ruminant remains to cattle.

Common current practices in the animal agriculture industry such as the above go completely against nature. They are forcing animals who are herbivores into cannibals. Mad cow disease is one of those warnings that should make stop and ponder about what we are doing to God's farmed animals.
